Online Counseling
Inspired Strength Counseling offers online video sessions to Florida residents via a confidential, HIPAA compliant platform. Clients can enroll, complete intake forms, provide payment, send messages and engage in therapy sessions on one convenient site and from the comfort and privacy of their own home.
Licensure Supervision
The Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling requires Mental Health Counselor Interns to complete 1,500 hours of supervised therapy in no fewer than 100 days following completion of their graduate studies. A Qualified Supervisor must provide 1 supervision hour for every 15 hours of therapy provided by the intern.

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)
A specialized therapy used for treating PTSD symptoms. EMDR may also be help improve distressing symptoms of anxiety and reduce cravings of addiction.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
