Insurance
Inspired Strength Counseling is currently an In-Network Provider for the following insurance companies:

Consider asking the following questions to your insurance company prior to our first appointment:
- Do you cover code 90837 for outpatient psychotherapy sessions without requiring prior authorization?
- What is my copay, coinsurance, and/or deductible?
- Is there a maximum number of sessions per year that are allowed?
- For out-of-network, what is the amount that you reimburse for the code 90837?
Out-of-network option:
If you have another insurance company and would like to receive services with me at Inspired Strength Counseling, I am able to provide the necessary paperwork to your insurance company so that they may reimburse you. This means you would pay the full self-pay rate for the service and your insurance company would reimburse their rate for the service to you. Please keep in mind that my fee and their rate may not be the same. I suggest that you contact your insurance company prior to services to ask about their out-of-network reimbursement options.
